आप जिससे बात कर रहे हैं तो वो किस ग्रुप मैं बात कर रहा है उसी ग्रुप मैं आपको भी बा करनी होगी तभी आप एक गुड कम्युनिकेशन बना सकते हो नही तो कभी भी गुड कम्युनिकेशन नही बन सकता है :

Preparing your resume

Freshers

They should highlght the education portion in their resume. They should incorporate rank, grade and other achievements during school, college and univesity days. Any professional course done should not only be included but also highlighted. The resume should be short-not more than two pages.

Experienced Persons

They should keep the education portion relatively brief, Degrees are important for certian jobs, but applications which give lenghty descriptions of education are considered to be trying to cover for a lack of background or experience. The experience part should be duly highlighted giving quantified data to support the candidate's record of achievement. The resume should never exceed three pages. It would be better to condensse it into two pages wihtout typeing it in small size requiring the use of microscope to reat it.

Unless there's one perfect job for you in the world which is very unlikely, there is no harm in fine tuning your CV to each application, in order to do this you need to find out as exactly as you can, what will be required before tailoring the CV.

Junior Level

For Junior-level management positions, a direct application advertisement does produce results. If the educational background is impressive and the candidate has not changed jobs during the last three years, his chances for being short listed are bright. If the candidate has worked for less than three years, he should meet the recruitment manager and convince him of genuine reasons for seeking a change. Only after that the interview letter will come. Cyclostyled or printed bio-data should never be used as they are considered to be symptoms of job-hopping.
